More details have emerged about Marvel Studios’ “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” as part of a new article in EW.

The trade publication has obtained three script pages from the film that reveal several key elements of the movie’s opening moments.

The script reportedly picks up nine months after the final shot of “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” with Peter living in a new apartment and memories of him erased from everyone else’s minds. He still has some mementos though – Ned’s LEGO Emperor figure and MJ’s coffee cup. He also has an alert tied to Aunt May’s grave.

Living entirely alone, cut off from his whole past life, has been negatively affecting Peter’s mental and physical health, with the script noting he has “a small, sharp headache” which will play a factor in the film’s story.

We’re also introduced to Peter’s new AI assistant E.V., which is dubbed Peter’s version of J.A.R.V.I.S. and is the “closest thing Peter has to a friend”. Peter also has a homemade fabricator dubbed a “3D printer on steroids… something that could be made by a kid genius w/ limited funds.”

Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Zendaya as MJ, Jacob Batalon as Ned Leeds, Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/Punisher, Michael Mando as Mac Gargan/Scorpion, and Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk. Sadie Sink and Tramell Tillman have also been cast in undisclosed roles.

Destin Daniel Cretton directs from a screenplay by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. The film opens in cinemas on July 31st.
