When it comes to the limited series front, author Harlan Coben has had major success in recent years with a dozen or so Netflix shows proving to be hits, including the recently released “I Will Find You”.

Those shows have been primarily based on Coben’s standalone novels. The author also has an ongoing series, spanning twelve novels so far, involving his famed sports agent and investigator character Myron Bolitar.

Bolitar is a handsome former top basketball player-turned-owner of an agency representing sports stars and celebrities. He uses charm, smarts, and a ruthless partner to navigate the high-stakes and dirty world of sports.

Netflix obtained the rights to adapt the Bolitar books in 2022 and now, four years later, they’ve finally announced that actor Colin Woodell (“The Flight Attendant,” “The Continental”) has scored the role for the proposed TV series.

Also onboard are former “Riverdale” alum KJ Apa and “Doom Patrol” actress Diane Guerrero. Apa will play Win Lockwood, Myron’s closest and endlessly resourceful friend who helps him run the agency. Guerrero plays Esperanza Diaz, a former wrestler turned Myron’s indispensable right hand with a razor-sharp wit.

David E. Kelley (“Margo’s Got Money Troubles”) and Kyle Long (“Suits”) will co-showrun, write, and executive produce the series. Coben, Matthew Tinker, Rick Muirragui and Greg Yaitanes also executive produce.
