Radha Mitchell is leading the action film Seven Snipers, an under-the-radar genre project that has quietly moved into post-production after filming in the Australian outback in December 2024.
The film also stars Tim Roth, Ryan Kwanten, and Ioan Gruffudd, assembling a veteran cast for a survival story rooted in long-range warfare and personal revenge.
The plot centers on a retired sniper living in seclusion on a remote ranch. Her quiet life unravels when a powerful warlord tracks her down, seeking vengeance for past actions. With her daughter now in danger, she has no choice but to reconnect with the elite team of killers she once commanded. As the hunters close in across harsh desert terrain, the group prepares for a deadly standoff where precision and coordination are their only advantages.
Directed by Sandra Sciberras from a screenplay by Andrew O’Keefe, the film emphasizes tense cat-and-mouse combat rather than large-scale spectacle. Producers include Tristan Barr and Sciberras, alongside Grant Hardie, Ian Kirk, and Phil Hunt, as part of a genre slate partnership between Monster Pictures Studios and Head Gear Films. Charlie Kemball serves as executive producer.
Seven Snipers marks the first production from Monster Pictures Studios, with release details expected following completion of post-production.
