By Marvel Studios has released the official trailer for the third and final season of its Disney+ animated series “What If…?” which returns on December 22nd.
In t he series, classic characters make unexpected choices that will mutate their worlds into spectacular alternate versions of the MCU
The Watcher will guide viewers as the series traverses new genres, bigger spectacles, and incredible new characters.
Multiple characters from the first two seasons are back incluing The Watcher, Captain America/Sam Wilson, The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes, Hulk/Bruce Banner, Howard the Duck, Darcy, Wong, Peggy Carter/Captain Carter, Kahhori, and more.
Joining them will be The Red Guardian, Agatha Harkness, Shang-Chi, Monica Rambeau, Kate Bishop, Riri Williams, Arishem, and Storm the Goddes of Thunder – the X-Men character’s first-ever appearance in an official MCU project.
The series hails from writer A.C. Bradley and director Bryan Andrews who both executive produce.
