Disney has announced that two of its Disney+ “Star Wars” series and two of its Marvel series are coming to physical media.
The first season of “Andor,” the “Obi-Wan Kenobi” event series, “Moon Knight” and “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier” are all set to score Blu-ray Steelbook and 4K UHD releases on April 30th with pre-orders starting on March 12th.
Each of the new releases boasts brand-new box art designed by popular artist Attila Szarka and collectible concept art cards. In addition, the four titles will also be available on digital retailers for purchase on April 30th.
The releases follow in the wake of “WandaVision” and the early seasons of “The Mandalorian” and “Loki” making the jump to disc last year in what was obviously a successful run.
Each of the new releases will sport bonus features, from documentaries and gag reels to visual effects breakdowns showing how the shows came to the screen.
“Andor” remains the most celebrated of the Disney+ Marvel series whereas “Obi-Wan Kenobi” and those two Marvel shows had a more mixed reception.
