FOX has released another brief look at the upcoming reboot of the iconic 1990s TV series “Baywatch”.
The 15-second clip shows off some of the core cast and ending with former “Arrow” alum Stephen Amell as a grown-up version of the original show’s Hobie Buchannon.
In the show, Hobie is now a Baywatch captain, following in the footsteps of his legendary father, Mitch (David Hasselhoff).
Hobie’s world is turned upside down when Charlie (Jessica Belkin), the daughter he never knew, shows up on his doorstep, eager to carry on the Buchannon family legacy and become a Baywatch lifeguard alongside her dad.
Brooks Nader, Livvy Dunne, Shay Mitchell, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone, and Noah Beck co-star with filming on the first season to wrap this month.
In addition, David Chokachi and Erika Eleniak will reprise their original series roles as Cody Madison and Shauni McClain. McG directed the series premiere which is expected to air in January.
