Greetings and salutations! It’s been a while, but I got some exciting news to share with everyone!
First and foremost, I apologize for the lack of content on my blog for the past few weeks. I’ve fallen behind a little bit and got a little bit distracted with a few things. But it’s all good things and stuff that I am now happy to share with you guys. Don’t worry…. I’m not giving up on Jason’s Movie Blog. It’s still up and running and I will continue to go back to writing reviews very soon.
First, I can now say it that I had the opportunity on being on a reality TV show. Which one? My Lottery Dream Home on the HGTV channel.
It features my parents and I on searching for a new vacation home in Costa Rica. It was filmed in August 2025 and the episode just recently aired back on January 16th, 2026. It was a lot of fun doing the episode and it was done during my 40th birthday. Such a great birthday present. Here is a link of the episode for you guys to take a look at. Next, and this is movie related, my family also had the opportunity to be a part of the 2026’s “Everyone Wins” Nominee Gift Bag, with you villa in Costa Rica (Essence of Dreams) being a part of that particular swag gift bag. As you can imagine that was a really big deal for my family and it took a lot of time to get everything ready and organized for this milestone event. So big things are on the horizon for my family’s villa in Costa Rica.
With all of that said, I am looking forward to returning to blogging about movies in the near future.
