The film follows a former soldier who has rebuilt his life as an underground fighter. Hardened by combat and driven by responsibility, he steps into illegal arenas to provide for his family. His world shifts when he is diagnosed with cancer. Faced with mounting medical costs and an uncertain future, he makes a stark choice: keep fighting in the cage to secure his family’s stability, even as his body begins to fail.
The story runs on two parallel conflicts — the physical toll of terminal illness and the punishing violence of underground bouts. Each fight becomes more than sport. It becomes survival. As his condition worsens, the risks grow, forcing him to confront what he is truly fighting for.
The cast includes Callan Mulvey, Matt Passmore, and Amanda Righetti. Production is led by Navid Bahadori, Nico Dautzenberg, and Pethra Dautzenberg. Action sequences are overseen by stunt coordinator Mick Hodge, whose credits include Limitless and Reckoning TV shows.
With Relentless, Foster aims to deliver grounded action anchored in personal stakes rather than spectacle.
