Christopher Lloyd will return for the upcoming “Nobody” sequel at Universal Pictures and 87North.
The “Back to the Future” star and recent Emmy nominee for his work in “Hacks,” joins fellow returnees Bob Odenkirk and Connie Nielsen along with new to this entry Sharon Stone.
The 2021 film followed Hutch Mansell (Odenkirk), a docile family man who slowly reveals his true character after his house gets burgled, leading him into a bloody war with a Russian crime boss.
Lloyd played Hutch’s father who is a retired FBI agent who is adept with firearms despite his advanced age. Lloyd returns to that role here.
Timo Tjahjanto is set to direct the film from a screenplay by Derek Kolstad, Aaron Rabin, Odenkirk, and Umair Aleem. Odenkirk, Kelly McCormick, David Leitch, Marc Provissiero and Braden Aftergood produce.
Universal releases “Nobody 2” in cinemas on August 15th 2025.
