“What if we acknowledge that their actually is something here…?” Prime Video revealed the swoony first official trailer for a romantic drama titled Love of Your Life, a sweeping international love story spanning three different men and one woman on her own adventure. The film is premiering at the 2026 Toronto Film Festival this month before it opens in theater and for steaming on Prime Video in October. “You never know where love will take you.” The very modern woman story follows Maya, a 26-year-old Boston nurse who falls in love with Charlie. Emotions deepen quickly, the couple marries, but all things fall tragically apart with the onset of the pandemic. Maya abruptly flees her life in the US, severing all her connections — including her best friend Jason. She becomes a digital nomad in Portugal, where she meets Felix, who revives her capacity for intimacy & prompts a move to the UK. But can any amount of transformation or new beginnings stave off the ghosts Maya seems determined to run from? Margaret Qualley stars as Maya, with Aaron Pierre as the hunky Felix (that voice my goodness!), Patrick Schwarzenegger as Jason, Gabriel Basso as her first husband Charlie, plus Catherine Keener, Tamara Lawrance, & Corey Johnson.
