The five join the previously announced Mel Gibson, which was a move none of us saw coming. Colin Woodell, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada, Nhung Kate, and Ben Robson have all been previously announced as joining Gibson.

The Continental will be presented as a three-night special-event TV series and is produced for Starz by Lionsgate Television. The series serves as a prequel. It will be set in the 1970s in New York City. At the time, New York City was one of the most dangerous cities on earth, with foreign governments warning against all but essential travel there. It was so dirty as to permanently appear tinged with yellow, like a smoker’s ceiling or that filter that all Hollywood directors put on whenever they want to make somewhere look like Mexico.

So a prime setting for some down and dirty John Wick-style action. The Continental follows the story of young Winston (Woodell) and how he fell into owning the eponymous hotel.

McGrath will play The Adjudicator who is an agent for The High Table. A similar role was played by Asia Kate Dillon in John Wick 3. McKinnon portrays Jenkins, Shapiro is Lemmy. Musahi and Mazepa will play High Table assassins called Hansel & Gretel. Nothing else is known about these characters.
