By Lionsgate has premiered the first official trailer for “The Crow,” its modern reimagining of the original graphic novel by James O’Barr.
Soulmates Eric Draven (Bill Skarsgård) and Shelly Webster (FKA twigs) are brutally murdered when the demons of her dark past catch up with them.
Given the chance to save his true love by sacrificing himself, Eric sets out to seek merciless revenge on their killers, traversing the worlds of the living and the dead to put the wrong things right.
The revenge thriller follow in the wakr of the 1994 cult classic that starred Brandon Lee in his last role.
Laura Birn, Sami Bouajila and Jordan Bolger co-star whilst Zach Baylin and Will Schneider penned the script with Rupert Sanders set to direct.
Victor Hadida, Molly Hassell, John Jencks, Samuel Hadida and Edward R. Pressman produce. The $50 million-budgeted film arrives in cinemas on June 7th.
