This is very interesting.
The Epic Games Store community has continued to grow, and there are now more than 270 million PC users (up 40M from 2022) and a total of 804M Epic cross-platform accounts. The store’s catalog has also expanded significantly, with publishers and developers bringing over 1,300 new PC titles to the store, thanks in part to newly introduced self-publishing tools for all developers, as well as two opt-in programs that empower devs to take 100% of all revenue earned during the first 6 months after release.
Looking ahead, we’ve received our Apple Developer Account and will start developing the Epic Games Store on iOS in Europe soon thanks to the new Digital Markets Act. We plan to launch in 2024.
