
Miami Vice ’85
Camila Morrone (“Daisy Jones & the Six,” “Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen”) will co-star in the crime action drama “Miami Vice ’85” at Universal Pictures. She reportedly received the cast offer shortly after final chemistry tests with Butler.
She joins previously announced stars Michael B. Jordan and Austin Butler along with Alden Ehrenreich and Whitney Peak. Joseph Kosinski helms the film, based on the iconic Michael Mann TV series, which hits cinemas on May 19th 2028. [Source: The Wrap]

AMC CEO Adam Aron says his theatre chain is set to implement safeguards against scalpers, saying in a posting on X: “I intend to do something about it, limiting or stopping this on your behalf. We have cross functional teams actively reviewing how best we can do something to put the brakes on these wannabe ticket brokers.”
Black Myth: Zhong Kui
Game Science has released a 15-minute gameplay trailer for “Black Myth: Zhong Kui,” the follow-up to 2024’s “Black Myth: Wukong”. The clip offers a first real look at combat, exploration, and a boss fight. The new protagonist is a sword-wielding demon hunter with the fighting style putting much more of a focus on blocking and parrying rather than evasion.
Monster: The Lizzie Borden Story
Netflix has premiered the full trailer for the fourth season of its “Monster” anthology series, this time putting the focus on Lizzie Borden and her relationship with the family maid Bridget ‘Maggie’ Sullivan (Vicky Krieps).
Charlie Hunnam, Rebecca Hall and Billie Lourd play other Borden family members while Jessica Barden is Nance O’Neil and Sarah Paulson will play killer Aileen Wuornos.
Yellowjackets
Paramount+ has premiered a ‘date announcement’ trailer for the fourth and final season of “Yellowjackets,” which will premiere on the service on November 20th – five years after the first season premiered. The clip recounts the show’s first three seasons.
