Remedy Entertainment has confirmed the upcoming “Control Resonant” will be much larger in scale than 2019’s “Control”. Lead gameplay designer Sergey Mohov says the game will take around 30 hours to complete the main story and around 50 hours for completionists.
That’s significantly higher than the 2019 original “Control” game, which was around 17 hours for its main story and 29 hours for completionists, and their most recent title “Alan Wake 2” at 26 hours main story/32 hours completionist. “Control Resonant” will be released September 24th. Unabomber
Netflix has premiered the first photos from its “Unabomber” film starring Russell Crowe, Jacob Tremblay, Shailene Woodley, Alexander Ludwig and Annabelle Wallis. It premieres September 25th.
The story follows Ted Kaczynski (Tremblay) and his transformation from Harvard prodigy to infamous domestic terrorist, after controversial psychological experiments by Professor Henry Murray (Crowe) reshape his mind.

Rideshare
Saver Interactive (“SnowRunner”) has premiered the announcement trailer for “Rideshare Simulator,” a game that puts you behind the wheel of your own bustling rideshare business. The game will utilise true-to-life traffic systems and unpredictable passengers, thus “ensuring you never witness the same story twice”. Rideshare “Stimulator” is coming later this year to Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S
Posters
Two posters worth a look today. First is the one-sheet for Robert Eggers’ newest film “Werwulf” starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson. The story unfolds in 13th-century England and is said to be the filmmaker’s darkest outing yet. It opens in December.
The other film is “Hope,” South Korean filmmaker Na Hong-jin’s big budget action sci-fi feature that scored raves at Cannes and which NEON will release in cinemas on September 9th.
