Free streamer Tubi has ordered “Yokoso Scooby-Doo!,” the first anime series of the “Scooby-Doo” franchise. Warner Bros. Animation and Japan’s OLM Studios produce the series, which will air on Tubi in the United States and Cartoon Network internationally.
