Yesterday, filmmaker Matt Reeves did a series of postings on X confirming the core cast of returnees for “The Batman Part II”.
Now, he’s posted more names – effectively unveiling the major cast of the movie, with two names being new additions that haven’t been mentioned before – Brian Tyree Henry and Sebastian Koch.
The casting comes ahead of filming about to get underway in the UK. The complete list so far is as follows:
Robert Pattinson as Bruce Wayne/Batman
Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon
Colin Farrell as The Penguin
Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth
Sebastian Stan as Harvey Dent
Scarlett Johansson as Gilda Dent
Charles Dance as Christopher Dent
Sebastian Koch as TBA
Brian Tyree Henry as TBA
Jayme Lawson as Mayor Bella Reál
Gil Perez-Abraham as Officer Martinez
Notably absent from this list are Paul Dano and Barry Keoghan returning as The Riddler and The Joker respectively, but we don’t necessarily have the full list yet.
That said, Reeves isn’t promising ‘more tomorrow’ like he did yesterday. “The Batman: Part II” is currently on track for an October 1st 2027 release.
