Netflix has renewed its animated series “Stranger Things: Tales From ’85” for a second season.

In fact, the new run is already in production with a brief teaser release confirming the second run will arrive on the streamer this Fall.

The official renewal announcement comes just five days after the series premiered on April 23rd on the service. The title debuted with 2.8 million views in its first four days – coming in at #7 on the weekly Netflix Top 10 TV chart.

The events of the animated show take place between Seasons 2 and 3 of the live-action series as Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, and Max have settled back into a normal life.

Beneath the ice, something terrifying has awakened. Could it be from the Upside Down? From the depths of Hawkins Lab? Or from somewhere else entirely?

The voice cast includes Brooklyn Davey Norstedt, Luca Diaz, Braxton Quinney, Jolie Hoang-Rappaport, Elisha Williams, Ben Plessala, Brett Gipson, Jeremy Jordan, and Alessandra Antonelli. Odessa A’zion, Lou Diamond Phillips, and Janeane Garofalo.
