By Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary have released a ‘Tickets on Sale Now’ trailer for Adam Wingard’s “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire”.
The all-new adventure that pits the almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence – and our own.
The film delves further into the histories of these Titans and their origins, as well as the mysteries of Skull Island and beyond, while uncovering the mythic battle that helped forge these extraordinary beings and tied them to humankind forever.
The cast includes “Godzilla vs. Kong” returnees Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry and Kaylee Hottle who are joined by Dan Stevens, Alex Ferns and Fala Chen. Terry Rossio, Simon Barrett and Jeremy Slater penned the script.
Recently Wingard described the film as having a buddy-cop dysfunctional relationship dynamic akin to “Lethal Weapon” with the film having a very heavy 1980s influence.
“Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” opens in cinemas March 29th.
