Early domestic box-office projections for all releases in the month of March are in and whilst the first two months of the year have been pitiful, this month is looking to be much healthier with several big debuts.

Following “Dune: Part Two” this weekend, with a debut expected to be in the $70-90 million, next Friday sees “Kung Fu Panda 4” arriving with Box-Office Pro estimating the film will pull in $30-39 million for the weekend.

The release will mark one of the first major family films in months and is expected to corner that market for some time. It’s opening against Blumhouse horror “Imaginary” which is expected to have a debut around $8-15 million.

Feel-good Mark Wahlberg and Simu Liu-led inspirational drama “Arthur The King” opens on March 15th with a quiet $11-16 million being projected.

Then comes a double punch. On March 22nd there’s “Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire” which they estimate will open to $35-49 million. A week later on the Easter holiday weekend comes “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire” which they project will debut to $41-50 million.
