Invincible
Amazon’s Prime Video has set a Thursday, March 14th premiere date for the second half of the eight-episode second season of adult animated superhero “Invincible”.

Four new episodes will air weekly begining that date. The announcement comes on the 21st anniversary of the inception of Robert Kirkman’s comic book. [Source: Amazon]

We Were the Lucky Ones
Hulu has set a Thursday, March 28th launch for “We Were the Lucky Ones,” a limited series based on Georgia Hunter’s novel. Three episodes of the Joey King and Logan Lerman-led series will launch that day followed by weekly episiodes. [Source: Hulu]

Untitled DJ Project
BET+ is developing a half-hour dramedy inspired by the life of the rapper-actor Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges and his experience growing up in the competitive music scene in Atlanta as DJ Chris Lova Lova.

The series follows the misadventures of a group who are willing to do anything and everything to bolster ratings at their hip hop radio station. Noah Gardenswartz (“Marvelous Mrs. Maisel”) will write the script and executive produce. [Source: THR]

The White Lotus
Francesca Corney (“The Buccaneers”), Nicholas Duvernay (“Assisted Living”) and Arnas Fedaravicius (“The Last Kingdom”) have joined the expanding the Thailand-set third season cast of Mike White’s HBO series “The White Lotus”. Filming begins next month.

They join previously announced cast for the Thailand-set new installment including Leslie Bibb, Milos Bikovic, Carrie Coon, Christian Friedel, Walton Goggins, Dom Hetrakul, Sarah Catherine Hook, Jason Isaacs, Michelle Monaghan, Sam Nivola, Morgana O’Reilly, Lek Patravadi, Shalini Peiris, Parker Posey, Natasha Rothwell, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tayme Thapthimthong and Aimee Lou Wood. Harlan Coben
Netflix has handed out a greenlight for another two adaptations of Harlan Coben novels in the wake of the success of “Fool Me Once” this month.

Specifically the novels “Missing You” and “Run Away” will be adapted for the screen as limited series over the coming years, with the former going into production in Spring 2024. Quay Street Productions will oversee both productions. [Source: Deadline]
