Bonhoeffer
Angel Studios (“Sound of Freedom”) has acquired worldwide rights to “Bonhoeffer,” a true-life thriller written and directed by “Sully” scribe Todd Komarnicki with plans for a 2024 theatrical release. August Diehl, Nadine Heidenreich, David Jonsson and Flula Borg star.

The story follows Dietrich Bonhoeffer (Jonas Dassler), a pacifist pastor determined to live his life with uncompromising political and spiritual courage in Berlin during the Third Reich. He “fearlessly spoke the truth while facing unyielding oppression and evil”. [Source: Deadline]
