Warner Bros. Discovery has announced that the second season of its “Sex and the City” spin-off series “And Just Like That” will premiere on HBO sometime in June.

The news comes from a teaser trailer for the new episodes which has jut been released. The new season sees Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) going on with life in the wake of the death of her husband Mr. Big (Chris Noth).

John Corbett returns as Bradshaw’s former boyfriend Aidan Shaw who was her biggest love interest outside of Mr. Big in the original series which followed the women in their thirties as opposed to the new series following them in their fifties.

The series also stars Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis, Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Niall Cunningham, Cathy Ang, and Alexa Swinton.

“And Just Like That” is written, directed, and executive produced by Michael Patrick King with Parker, Davis, Nixon, Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, and John Melfi all executive producing.

The original “Sex and the City” was set and shot in New York City and was nominated for over 50 Emmy Awards across its six seasons running from 1998 to 2004.
