AMC has premiered the full trailer for its new six-part crime thriller drama series “Parish” which premieres March 31st on AMC and the AMC+ service.
The series is executive produced and created by Danny Brocklehurst based on his hit UK series “The Driver”. Eduardo Canto and Ryan Maldonado serve as showrunners.
Giancarlo Esposito plays Gracian ‘Gray’ Parish, a family man and proud owner of a luxury car service in New Orleans.
After his son is violently murdered and his business collapses, an encounter with an old friend from his days as a wheelman resurfaces old habits, sending Gray on a high-stakes collision course with a violent criminal syndicate.
Zachary Momoh, Skeet Ulrich, Paula Malcomson and Bradley Whitford co-star.
The trailer comes as it has been revealed Esposito will replace the late Andre Braugher in the cast of Shondaland’s comedic murder-mystery Netflix drama series “The Residence”.
Esposito takes over the role of White House Chief Usher A.B. Wynter. It follows on from Esposito succeeding Braugher on “Homicide: Life on the Street” in its final season.
