Amazon MGM Studios has unveiled a new trailer showcasing Prime Video’s 2024 movie & TV slate. The clip offers some first look footage from upcoming movies, most notably the Jake Gyllenhaal-led remake of “Road House”.
Also getting first looks are the comedy “Ricky Stanicky” starring Zac Efron, John Cena and Jermaine Fowler, Anne Hathaway as a mother who falls for a Harry Styles-esque figure in “The Idea of You,” the Snoop Dogg sports comedy “The Underdoggs,” and the action thriller “Role Play” with Kaley Cuoco and David Oyelowo.
The film slate also includes the Jennifer Lopez doco “This Is Me Now: The Film,” and two Camila Mendes-led romantic comedies – one an R-rated titled “Upgraded” and co-starring Archie Renaux. The other, “Musica,” co-starring and directed by Rudy Mancuso.
On the TV front there’s the post-apocalyptic drama “Fallout” based on the famed video game series, the spy comedy “Mr. & Mrs. Smith,” the Nicole Kidman-led “Expats,” the Spanish thriller “Reina Roja” and the adult animated comedy “Hazbin Hotel”.
The clip also teases new seasons of returnees like “The Boys,” “Invincible,” “Outer Range,” and “Them”. Check out the full trailer showcasing the film and TV slate below:
