Marvel Studios has premiered the teaser trailer for its “VisionQuest” series for Marvel Studios.
The project is described as the concluding part of a trilogy that began with “WandaVision” and continued with “Agatha All Along,” the show sees Paul Bettany reprise his role as the super-powered android Vision.
The character is the white robot version revealed at the end of “WandaVision” and the trailer reveals the central conceit of the series – this version goes into a ‘Mind Palace’ where he deals with other AI beings – albeit with human avatars.
There are multiple versions, most notably James Spader as Ultron and James D’Arcy as the original Jarvis. At the same time, he learns he has a human son Tommy (Ruaridh Mollica).
Todd Stashwick, Ruaridh Mollica, T’Nia Miller, Emily Hampshire, Orla Brady, Henry Lewis, Jonathan Sayer, Lauren Morais and Philomena Cunk co-star.
Created by “Star Trek: Picard” final season showrunner Terry Matalas, the eight-episode series was shot at Pinewood Studios earlier this year and is scheduled to debut on Disney+ on October 14th.
