A new TV spot for Lucasfilm and Disney’s “The Mandalorian and Grogu” has gone online with some new clips including a better idea of what happens with that exploding AT-AT walker seen in the trailers.

There’s also an apparent first look at Marrok, the anooba that accompanies the bounty hunter Embo in the “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” TV series.

In addition, new stills are out showcasing scenes on a snowy planet, various people in old Stormtrooper gear, and lots of shots of Grogu.

In a recent interview with Empire, filmmaker Jon Favreau and actor Pedro Pascal confirmed we’ll be seeing plenty of Pascal’s face in the film, his character Din Djarin taking off the helmet for a reason that makes “perfect sense” according to the actor.

Favreau says: “You’ll see [Pedro] in the armour, both with and without the helmet. He’s a pretty physical performer. So we pushed a little further than we have in the past, as far as what he’s doing, helmet-off.”

In the film, Imperial warlords remain scattered throughout the galaxy and as the fledgling New Republic works to protect everything the Rebellion fought for, they have enlisted the help of legendary Mandalorian bounty hunter Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and his young apprentice Grogu.

Sigourney Weaver and Jeremy Allen White co-star in the film which opens in cinemas on May 22nd.
