Ahead of its release this coming Thursday, Netflix has premiered a new clip from the Alan Ritchson-led feature film “War Machine”.
In the film, the final stage of US Army Ranger selection is underway, and an elite team’s training exercise in a forested region turns into a fight for survival when the training exercise stops feeling controlled and starts feeling hunted.
Soon fear, fatigue, and paranoia start corroding the team’s efforts against an unimaginable threat – a mechanoid of incredibly advanced design that won’t stop until its found and killed them all.
Dennis Quaid, Stephan James, Jai Courtney, Esai Morales, Blake Richardson, Keiynan Lonsdale, and Daniel Webber co-star in the film which was shot in the Australian state of Victoria in late 2024.
The film has been rated R for ‘strong violence, grisly images and language’. Patrick Hughes (“The Hitman’s Bodyguard,” “The Expendables 3”) directs from a script he co-wrote with James Beaufort.
