Marvel Studios has unveiled the teaser trailer for the upcoming second season of “Daredevil: Born Again” which returns on March 24th.
The new season will see New York under Mayor Fisk’s martial law, with Charlie Cox’s Matt Murdock/Daredevil seemingly a hunted man.
The trailer offers a good look at actress Krysten Ritter reprising her role as Jessica Jones in a part said to be comparable to Jon Bernthal’s The Punisher in the first season (Bernthal sits out this season).
Also back is Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, who has an expanded role this time out. The trailer has glimpses of Elden Henson’s Foggy Nelson along with Wilson Bethel’s Bullseye.
Joining the season are Matthew Lillard as another power player named Mr. Charles, along with Lili Taylor as New York governor Marge McCaffrey.
“Daredevil: Born Again” returns with eight episodes starting weekly from March 24th and carrying through into May. A third season is already confirmed.
