Tense as hell, and completely gripping are some of the superlatives being thrown around by people who have seen A House Of Dynamite, the newest thriller from Kathryn Bigelow (Point Break, Strange Days, The Hurt Locker, and Zero Dark Thirty.
It follows the events when a single, unattributed missile is launched at the United States, and a race begins to determine who is responsible, what the payload is, and how to respond. The action is said to take place in real time and centres on the reactions inside the White House.
An ensemble cast includes Idris Elba, Rebecca Ferguson, Gabriel Basso, Jared Harris, Kaitlyn Dever, Tracy Letts, Anthony Ramos, Moses Ingram, Jonah Hauer-King, Greta Lee, Jason Clarke, Malachi Beasley, Brian Tee, Brittany O’Grady, Gbenga Akinnagbe, Willa Fitzgerald, Renée Elise Goldsberry, and Kyle Allen.
It was written by Noah Oppenheim (Jackie, The Maze Runner) penned the project.
