I kept on forgetting to post the first trailer for this movie. I’ve began to recently see the first trailer a lot when I go to the movies, so I decided to make sure that I post the next new trailer for this upcoming project when it does. Like many out there, I’ve heard about this particular musical tale (The Color Purple), but never actually had the chance to view it in any shape or form. However, after seeing the preview, I’m quite interested in it. The new footage showcased looks to be quite the “meaty” narrative of drama. I do love the film’s cast, with each of them bringing their own personal style and flavor to the proceedings. Definitely a shoe in for the Oscar / award season. All in all, I’m excited to see this movie.
The Color Purple arrives in theaters on December 25th, 2023
