The other day, Marvel confirmed its 2025 slate of Disney+ series which will span three live-action and three animated shows.
Those three live-action include the first season of “Daredevil,” along with the limited series “Ironheart” and “Wonder Man”. But what lies beyond?
There have been various rumours about what Marvel will do next in terms of series. One key thing to take into account though comes in May 2027 when “Avengers: Secret Wars” opens in cinemas and effectively ends the Multiverse saga.
Now, scooper DanielRPK has revealed a breakdown of what shows are likely to arrive in 2026 and 2027, both just before and just after ‘Secret Wars’.
As already expected, Disney+ will release both the second season of “Daredevil: Born Again” and the “Vision Quest” series in 2026. Both new seasons will film in the first half of next year with work already underway.
However, the report today claims both “Agatha All Along” spin-off “Wiccan” and a second season of “Hawkeye” are in the works and are aiming to arrive before ‘Secret Wars’ in May 2027 – likely one in late 2026 and one in early 2027.
It also indicates that the “Nova” and “Blonde Phantom” series are “for sure” not coming out until after ‘Secret Wars’. That would fit in with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige’s estimates earlier this year that the “Nova” series is “three or four years out”.
If it all goes forward, that would give Marvel a possible three live-action seasonal launches per year for the next three years.
