Over two months on since the teaser, Lucasfilm has now premiered the full-length trailer for its new live-action series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”.
The series is set at around the same time as the events of the first season of “The Mandalorian” – several years after “Return of the Jedi” and before the events of “Ahsoka”.
In the series, four kids make a mysterious discovery on their seemingly safe home planet and get lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy. Finding their way home, meeting unlikely allies and enemies will be a greater adventure than they ever imagined.
The kid cast includes Ryan Kiera Armstrong as Fern, Robert Timothy Smith as Neel, Ravi Cabot-Conyers as Wim, and Kyriana Kratter as KB.
The adult cast includes Jude Law, Nick Frost, Kerry Condon, Tunde Adebimpe and Jaleel White. The show has been created and executive produced by “Spider-Man: Homecoming” director Jon Watts and writer Christopher Ford.
Watts, Jake Schreier, Lee Isaac Chung, Bryce Dallas Howard, David Lowery, and Oscar winning duo Daniel Kwan & Daniel Scheinert all direct episodes.
“Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” premieres on the Disney+ service from December 3rd.
