White Collar
“White Collar” series creator Jeff Eastin has revealed that “White Collar Renaissance” will be the title of the upcoming revival of the series with the first episode to be titled “Masquerade”. Matt Bomer, Tim DeKay, Tiffani Thiessen and Elizabeth Burke will all return.
The original series followed a white-collar criminal who agrees to help the FBI catch other white-collar criminals using his expertise as an art and securities thief, counterfeiter, and conman. [Source: Twitter]
Shrinking
Apple TV+ has released the official trailer for the second season of its Jason Segel and Harrison Ford-led comedy series “Shrinking”. Two new episodes air on October 16th, with the rest coming every Wednesday.
The series follows a grieving therapist who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks. Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.
Rivals
Hulu has premiered the trailer for the 1980s-set series Rivals, about feuding socialites. David Tennant, Aidan Turner, Alex Hassell, Katherine Parkinson, Danny Dyer, Luke Pasqualino, and Victoria Smurfit are among the stars of the series, which will premiere on October 18th.
Set in the ruthless world of independent television in 1986, where hair-dos are big and ambitions are even bigger. Deals are brokered in boardrooms, as well as bedrooms and nobody can be sure who will come out on top.
Nautilus
Australian streamer Stan has acquired the Shazad Latif-led “Nautilus,” acquiring the property from Disney with all episodes to be released at once. Shot in Queensland, Australia, the series reinvents Jules Verne’s “20,000 Leagues Under the Sea” by taking the perspective of Captain Nemo.
An Indian prince robbed of his birthright and made prisoner, he escapes and sets sail with a ragtag crew on the awe-inspiring Nautilus to battle the East India Mercantile Company, and find a magical underworld along the way. Richard E Grant, Anna Torv and Noah Taylor are among the guest stars.
