Former “True Blood” star Joe Manganiello and “Anna” actress Lera Abova have joined the cast of the second season of Netflix’s live-action “One Piece” TV series in key roles.

Manganiello will play villain Mr. 0/Crocodile – one of the Seven Warlords of the Sea, and the leader of the Baroque Works syndicate.

Abova is set to portray the fan-favorite role of Miss All Sunday/Nico Robin, introduced as Crocodile’s right-hand woman and who ultimately becomes the Straw Hat crew’s go-to archaeologist.

Both roles will go beyond the second season which is currently filming in South Africa. Series stars Iñaki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy, Mackenyu as Roronoa Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero Gibson as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, Jeff Ward as Buggy and Ilia Isorelys Paulino as Alvida are all back.

The newcomers join other recent additions to the cast including Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha, Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, Charithra Chandran as Princess Vivi, Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Clive Russell as Crocus, Callum Kerr as Smoker and more.

One key role yet to be announced is who will be providing the voice of Tony Tony Chopper. The new season is expected to premiere late next year.
