Vertical has released the trailer for Oscar-winner Russell Crowe’s new film “The Exorcism” opening in cinemas on June 7th.
Here Crowe stars as Anthony Miller, a troubled actor who begins to unravel while shooting a supernatural horror film.
His estranged daughter, Lee (Ryan Simpkins), wonders if he’s slipping back into his past addictions or if something more sinister at play.
Sam Worthington, Chloe Bailey, Adam Goldberg and David Hyde Pierce also star in the film which was shot in late 2019 and has been languishing ever since.
Crowe didn’t film “The Pope’s Exorcist” until three years later, but that movie made it to cinemas nearly a year ago. Shudder has snagged pay-1 rights to the film.
