Omar Sy is back as France’s most elusive gentleman thief in Lupin Part 4, and the latest trailer promises another stylish game of disguises, deception and elaborate heists. Netflix has confirmed that the new chapter continuing one of the streamer’s most successful non-English-language series.

The trailer immediately creates a mystery, showing Assane Diop apparently trapped inside a glass box while another mysterious figure appears to be operating in his name. As police scramble to uncover the truth, Assane returns to his familiar tricks, changing identities, creating confusion and staying several steps ahead of everyone chasing him.

Part 4 begins four years after the events of the previous season. Assane is determined to serve his sentence and keep a promise to his son: reunite with their family in Senegal. However, those plans collapse when a mysterious announcement signed by “Lupin” reveals that multiple museums are about to be targeted in simultaneous robberies.

Sy returns as Assane, joined by Ludivine Sagnier, Antoine Gouy, Soufiane Guerrab, Shirine Boutella, Théo Christine and Laïka Blanc-Francard.

Created by George Kay in collaboration with François Uzan, Lupin continues to blend classic gentleman-thief mythology with modern Parisian crime and elaborate twists.

With Assane seemingly behind bars but the Lupin legend still active, Part 4 looks ready to deliver another stylish cat-and-mouse adventure when it arrives October 23.
