Disney+ is bringing back its Korean crime saga Made in Korea for one final run, with Hyun Bin and Jung Woosung leading the six-episode concluding season. The series is set to stream worldwide on Disney+, promising another dose of high-stakes crime, power struggles and personal revenge.

The new season jumps forward nine years after the events of Season 1, giving the story a significantly different landscape. Baek Kitae has climbed the criminal and political ladder, rising to the position of deputy director and establishing himself as an even more powerful figure than before.

That time jump also means the characters have changed, alliances have shifted and old conflicts are likely to return with far greater consequences. With the final season positioned as the conclusion of the story, viewers can expect the series to push its central rivalry toward a definitive showdown.

Hyun Bin returns to the world of undercover operations and criminal power games, while Jung Woosung brings his own weight to the increasingly dangerous conflict. The six-episode format should also allow the story to move at a faster, more focused pace rather than stretching the final chapter across a longer season.

With its nine-year time jump and final-season status, the new installment has plenty of pressure to deliver. For fans who have followed the series since its beginning, this could be the last chance to see these characters settle their unfinished business — and judging by the setup, they are unlikely to go quietly.

Season 2 will premiere on September 9, 2026, streaming worldwide on Disney+ and Hulu.
