New Line Cinema and Sony Screen Gems have premiered the teaser trailer for “Evil Dead Burn,” the newest entry in the franchise and the sixth film overall, following the original trilogy, the reboot, and “Evil Dead Rise”.
The newest entry unleashes the franchise’s “most savage and terrifying ride to date” will all new “carnage and demonic mayhem”.
After the loss of her husband, a woman seeks solace with her in-laws in their secluded family home.
As one by one they are transformed into Deadites – turning the gathering into a family reunion from hell – she comes to discover that the vows she took in life… live on even in death.
Souheila Yacoub, Tandi Wright, Hunter Doohan, Luciane Buchanan, Errol Shand, Maude Davey, George Pullar, and Greta Van Den Brink star.
Sébastien Vaniček directs the film, which opens in cinemas on July 10th. A seventh film, “Evil Dead Wrath,” is on the way next year.
