Marvel Studios has premiered a new trailer for the remaining episodes of the season of “Daredevil: Born Again”.
The trailer teases the challenges ahead for Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox) in his fight against Mayor Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio) and his forces. Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter) also comes to play.
Included at the end of the trailer are the first shots from “The Punisher: One Last Kill” Special Presentation, which will unleash on Disney+ on May 12th.
Shot in late July and a few days of August last year, it marks the second of three projects in the MCU that see Jon Bernthal reprise his role as Frank Castle/The Punisher from the Marvel Television & Netflix TV series.
The first was the first season of “Daredevil: Born Again”, which aired last year with the actor not returning for the currently airing second season. The “Punisher” special is releasing on the service the week after that show’s second season finale on May 5th.
Bernthal will also reprise the role in “Spider-Man: Brand New Day”, opening in cinemas in July. “The Punisher: One Last Kill” also stars Jason R. Moore, Roe Rancell and Mila Jaymes.
