The fourth season of Amazon’s “The Boys” came to an explosive end last year with Homelander essentially taking control of the United States, controlling a puppet President and managing to get many (but not all) of his enemies arrested.
There’s also the indication that Homelander has plans for ‘Freedom Camps’, glorified prison camps where he can keep those who are a danger to his power locked away.
New set photos from the currently in production fifth and final season are out and showcase adverts for those camps on the sides of some buses.
In addition there’s a glimpse of an ad for Teenage Kix, a new Supe team which parodies groups like the Teen Titans and Young Avengers.
Showrunner Eric Kripke has previously teased that the show is going out with a lot of bodies in its wake, adding that: “anyone who dies in season 5 will richly deserve it.”
Production is expect to continue for the next few months on the final run ahead of an airing in early 2026.

It looks like the supes will be putting The Boys into freedom camps, places disguised as ‘liberating the truth’ when nothing but violence and torture towards humans
