By Vertical has premiered the trailer for “Resident Evil” and “Event Horizon” director Paul W. S. Anderson’s new film “In the Lost Lands”.
Milla Jovovich and Dave Bautista lead the cast of the film which is an adaptation of “Game of Thrones” author George R. R. Martin’s short story of the same name.
The story centers on a queen who, desperate to fulfill her love, makes a daring play: she sends the powerful and feared sorceress Gray Alys (Jovovich) to the ghostly wilderness of the Lost Lands in search of a magical power.
The sorceress and her guide, the drifter Boyce (Bautista), must outwit and outfight man and demon in order to succeed.
Anderson has previously said the film adopts a “completely unique visual style and storytelling that uses cutting-edge technology”.
Jovovich, Bautista, Anderson, Jeremy Bolt and Jonathan Meisner produce the film which opens in cinemas on March 7th.
