By 20th Century Studios has released the first trailer for the espionage thriller “The Amateur” starring Rami Malek.
The story follows Charlie Heller (Malek), a brilliant but deeply introverted basement-dwelling CIA decoder whose wife is killed in a London terrorist attack.
Refused the opportunity to go after her killers by his superiors, Heller take the matter into his own hands.
He soon embarks on a dangerous trek across the globe to track down those responsible, his intelligence serving as the ultimate weapon for eluding his pursuers and achieving his revenge
Laurence Fishburne, Rachel Brosnahan, Caitríona Balfe, Jon Bernthal, Michael Stuhlbarg, Holt McCallany, Julianne Nicholson, Adrian Martinez and Danny Sapani co-star.
James Hawes directs from a screenplay by Ken Nolan and Gary Spinelli based on the novel of the same by Robert Littell.
“The Amateur” is set to be released in cinemas nationwide on April 11th 2025.
