First up, filmmaker Kristoffer Borgli (“Dream Scenario”) has managed to engage in early negotiations with both Zendaya and Robert Pattinson for his new film “The Drama” at A24.
The story deals with a romance that takes an unexpected turn before a couple’s big day, but further plot and character specifics are under wraps. Ari Aster, Lars Knudsen and Tyler Campellone will produce.
Next, “Winning Time” actor Tracy Letts and “Obi-Wan Kenobi” actress Moses Ingram have joined the ensemble cast of Kathryn Bigelow‘s untitled next film at Netflix.
Idris Elba, Rebecca Ferguson, Jared Harris, Greta Lee and Gabriel Basso co-star in the film which is set at the White House as a national crisis unfolds.
Finally, Merle Dandridge (“The Last of Us”) and two Mike Flanagan series regulars – Rahul Kohli and Michael Trucco – will appear in the second season of the spy thriller series “Citadel”.
They join Jack Reynor, Matt Berry, and Gabriel Leone as new recruits for the second season alongside returnees Richard Madden, Priyanka Chopra-Jonas and Stanley Tucci.
