With talk of rival services like Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery considering offering bundles, the current industry leader is staying steadfast in going it alone.

In a letter sent out to investors regarding its financials, the streamer of such shows as “Stranger Things,” “Wednesday,” “One Piece” and “Squid Game” quashed any talk of bundling with its rivals.

They say: “We haven’t bundled Netflix solely with other streamers like Disney+ or Max because Netflix already operates as a go-to destination for entertainment”.

They add that thanks to their “industry leading penetration, engagement and retention,” the benefit to Netflix of bundling directly with other streamers is limited.

Where they are more than happy to bundle though is with device makers and pay TV/mobile operator partners (eg. Comcast, Verizon, etc.) to ensure Netflix is easy to find and use.

The comments come as the company revealed today that it has added another 8 million subscribers with its global user base now standing at 277 million.
