Two CBS series spin-offs have locked down their main casts.
First up, the Paramount+ series “NCIS: Tony and Ziva” have added eight to its ensemble to join returnees Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo as Tony DiNozzo and Ziva David respectively.
Isla Gie, Amita Suman, Maximilian Osinski, Nassima Benchicou, Julian Ovenden, Terence Maynard, Lara Rossi and James D’Arcy are all onboard for the series which just began production in Budapest. John McNamara serves as showrunner.
Tony and Ziva will pick up several years later with the reunited pair raising their daughter Tali (Gie) in Paris, where Tony heads a security company.
When the company is attacked, they must go on the run across Europe, try to figure out who is after them and maybe even learn to trust each other again so they can finally have their unconventional happily ever after.
Next up, “Young Sheldon” actors Zoe Perry, Annie Potts and Raegan Revord will reprise their respective roles in the upcoming spin-off “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage”.
Perry, Potts, and Revord will all guest star in the new series which will be led by Montana Jordan and Emily Osment as the couple raise their young family in Texas, while navigating the challenges of adulthood, parenting and marriage.
Will Sasso and Rachel Bay Jones are also returning as series regulars to their roles of Mandy’s parents. That series will premiere October 17th.
