Netflix has announced that the sixth and final season of its celebrated “Karate Kid” spin-off “Cobra Kai” will be divided into three different parts of five episodes each.
The first five will launch on July 18th, the second on November 28th, and the last, dubbed ‘the final event’, will be in 2025, with a more specific day not yet locked.
The new season picks up with Cobra Kai eliminated from the Valley/. Our senseis and students must decide if and how they will compete in the Sekai Taikai — the world championships of karate.
The series is written by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg. Heald, Hurwitz, and Schlossberg also executive produce the series alongside Will Smith, James Lassiter, Caleeb Pinkett, Susan Ekins, Ralph Macchio, and William Zabka.
