Presumed Innocent
Apple TV+ has moved up the premiere date for Jake Gyllenhaal’s new limited series adaptation of Scott Turow’s 1990 novel “Presumed Innocent”. The series will premiere Wednesday June 12th, two days earlier than originally planned.

David E. Kelley, J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot and Warner Bros. TV produce the thriller which will “explore obsession, sex, politics and the power and limits of love as the accused fights to hold his family and marriage together.” Ruth Negga, Bill Camp and Elizabeth Marvel also star. [Source: Apple TV+]

I’m the Grim Reaper
Josh Campbell & Matt Stuecken (“10 Cloverfield Lane”) will pen a series adaptation of Grave Weaver’s webtoon “I’m the Grim Reaper” which Sam Raimi and Zainab Azizi will executive produce.

The story centers on Scarlet, a young woman who wakes up in the ninth circle of hell with no idea how she got there. Satan offers to send Scarlet back to Earth if she will work as his reaper. But it doesn’t take long for Scarlet to realize that Satan’s offer is even worse than she feared. [Source: Deadline]

Becoming Karl Lagerfeld
Hulu has released the trailer for its fashion biopic mini-series “Becoming Karl Lagerfeld” about the eccentric German designer which premieres June 7th.

Daniel Brühl stars as a young Lagerfeld in the early 1970s before he became an icon of the industry. Théodore Pellerin, Arnaud Valois, Alex Lutz, Agnès Jaoui, and Sunnyi Melles co-star.

The Big Cigar
Apple TV+ has premiered the trailer for “The Big Cigar,” a new limited series starring Andre Holland as Black Panther leader Huey P. Newton. The series premieres May 17th.

The six-episode series chronicles the story of Newton’s escape to Cuba with the help of a fake movie production. The first two episodes are directed and executive produced by multi-award winner Don Cheadle.

Reacher
Set photos are out of actor Alan Ritchson in Canada shooting scenes for the upcoming third season of Amazon Prime Video’s “Reacher” series.

The series has already been shooting for sometime with Ritchson recently filming the action-comedy “Playdate” before returning recently to film the remainder of the third season which will likely premiere towards year’s end.
