Velma
Max has announced an April 25th launch date for the second season of its animated series “Velma,” the reimagining of “Scooby Doo” that scored much controversy at the time of launch early last year.

Nonetheless, it scored a quick renewal and now it’s back. Mindy Kaling returns as the crime-solver during her early days prior to the formation of Mystery Inc. [Source: Max]

3 Body Problem
Netflix’s trippy sci-fi epic “3 Body Problem” has landed at the top of its own charts. In its first full week on the streamer, March 25th to 31st, the series managed 15.6 million views – substantially up from its debut weekend. That saw it become Netflix’s most watched title, film or TV, for that week. [Source: Netflix.com]

The Chair Company
HBO has given a pilot order to Tim Robinson and Zach Kanin’s comedy “The Chair Company”. The pair serve as writers and executive producers on the pilot, with Robinson also set to star.

Robinson plays a man who finds himself investigating a far-reaching conspiracy after an embarrassing incident at work. Adam McKay and Todd Schulman will also executive produce. [Source: Variety]

Suits
Years after it finished and almost a year after becoming a surprise hit on streaming last Summer, “Suits” stars Patrick J. Adams and Sarah Rafferty will reunite for a new rewatch podcast series for SiriusXM.

The pair will break down each episode of the show, sharing exclusive, behind-the-scenes stories about the making of the series. Other cast members and crew as well as friends and fans of the show will also get involved. [Source: Deadline]

The Big Door Prize
Apple TV+ has released a new trailer for the second season of its acclaimed comedy series “The Big Door Prize” starring Emmy-winner Chris O’Dowd. The first three episodes of the new run kicks off on April 24th and hails from David West Read (“Schitt’s Creek“).

The overall second season has a ten-episode count and wraps on June 12th. The new season follows the residents of Deerfield as the Morpho machine readies them for the mysterious ‘next stage’. The small town is once again left questioning what they thought they knew about their lives, relationships, potentials, and the Morpho itself.
