Brian Cox, Fiona Shaw, Jodie Whittaker, Bill Nighy and Rhys Darby will lend their voices to the CG animated feature “That Christmas” at Locksmith Animation and Netflix.
Simon Otto directs the film, based on the Richard Curtis penned children’s book series, which will premiere later this year. The film follows the residents of a charming seaside town where things turn upside down one Christmas. [Source: Netflix]
Black Bag
Naomie Harris, Pierce Brosnan and Tom Burke are all set to join the already cast Cate Blanchett, Michael Fassbender, Regé Jean Page and Marisa Abela in Steven Soderbergh’s spy thriller “Black Bag” at Focus Features.

Mayday
Filming has begun on Apple Studios’ action film “Mayday,” the newest writing & directing effort from “Game Night” and “Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves” helmers Jonathan Goldstein and John Francis Daley. “The Sopranos” duo of David Chase and Terence Winter are set to re-team for an untitled horror feature at New Line Cinema. Chase and Nicole Lambert will produce.
